Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Clarifyz app and website (the "service") operated by Or Tomer Toker ("we"). By using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What the service does, and what it doesn't

The service helps you organize medical documents, follow results over time, explain terms in plain language and prepare for conversations with your care team.

The service is not a doctor and does not replace medical advice. It does not diagnose, recommend, change or dose treatment. Every medical decision is made with your care team.

Don't rely on the service in an emergency. With fever during treatment, shortness of breath, chest pain, bleeding or any worsening, contact your care team, emergency services or the emergency room right away. The app's safety alerts are an aid only and may not appear in every situation that needs attention.

Artificial intelligence

Parts of the service use AI, which can make mistakes: read a value wrongly, miss information or phrase an explanation inaccurately. Values extracted from documents are shown for your confirmation, and every answer points to its source document. Check anything important against the original document and with your care team.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Give accurate details, protect your password and two-step sign-in, and don't share them.
• You are responsible for what is done in your account. If you think someone else got in, change your password and contact us.

Sharing with others

You decide whom to invite to your file and what each person sees and can change. People you invite see information according to the permissions you gave, and you can remove access at any time. Before inviting someone, make sure you want them to see what you chose. Sharing, deleting and exporting the file stay with the file's owner only.

If you joined someone else's file, the information belongs to them. Use it only to help them, and keep it confidential.

Mail with your care team

Messages sent from the file are sent in your name and on your responsibility. The service doesn't guarantee that a message arrives, is read or is answered, and it is not a channel for urgent matters. Mail from unknown senders is held for your review before it enters the file.

Your content

The documents and information you add belong to you. You allow us to use them only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Upload only your own information, or information you have permission to upload.

Prohibited use

• Uploading someone else's information without their permission.
• Trying to get around security and permissions, accessing information that isn't yours, or disrupting the service.
• Using the service automatically or at an abnormal volume. AI use has a daily limit to protect the service.
• Using the service for anything unlawful.

Availability

The service is at an early stage and is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but there may be faults, interruptions and changes. Keep a copy of important documents (Settings → Download all information).

Price

The service is currently free. If we decide to charge, we will tell you in advance, and nothing will be charged without your consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for harm caused by relying on information or explanations shown in the service instead of contacting your care team, by errors in extracted data, or by the service being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms; where possible we will tell you in advance and let you download your information.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything material, we will tell you in the app and ask for your consent again.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
